About Me
I'm a self taught programmer with multiple years of experience delivering commercialised web applications built in React.js. I have an adventurous and inquisitive nature when it comes to technologies with a particular interest in cloud computing. I'm qualified in Amazon's cloud based computing platform (AWS).
Experience
Client Focus
Proactively communicated and collaborated with external and internal stakeholders. Assisted with the delivery of customer solutions from conception through to implementation and beyond. Elicited intelligence regarding clients’ strategy and future plans and leverage sales opportunities from this knowledge. Collaborated with the design, creation and delivery of reports on the various products and services provided to clients.
Problem Solving
Implemented an internal testing system “Watch Service” which detects issues with applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Created an automated end-to-end test runner which generates a HTML report of passed and failed tests. Using React, Cypress, AWS.
Team Work
Collaborated with dozens of cross-functional clients (policy/content, design, QA). I have worked in teams up to seven people developing and maintaining multiple CRM solutions.
Management
Managed JIRA Service Desks and Kanban Boards. Led development of a new internal tool that encompasses chat functionality (Facebook Messenger/ WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone). Held sprint reviews, refinements and planning meetings.
